Here's a look at the MOVO iVlogger Video Kit for iPhone, which runs around $100. The kit includes a 6in. tabletop (or handheld) tripod, a three-brightness LED light, a shotgun mic, a travel case, and all the wires needed. Plus, it's super easy to set up.
I love the idea of combining all of these features together, so you don't have to worry about matching equipment. And I love the travel case to keep everything nice and tidy.

The only drawback as a self-tape audition kit is that the tripod doesn't raise up and down. That means you need to have a table or a counter that is high enough to keep you at eye level with the camera, otherwise you'll be looking down (and that's usually not a good angle). But if you like the light and the mic, you can simply unscrew the mount and use it on another tripod. (Update: Here's the same kit sold with a full-sized tripod.)
